Souless

I swear I've had this piece for about a month or so. Coloring this took forever. I added the details after realizing how it's been forever since I drew any of my too-small-to-see designs after flipping through my old sketchbook. I feel so refreshed. O__O

My OC, Alincia. Who after a loooong while, I finally got the guts to draw her.

I'm making fun of my OC because I can. Butterflies represent the soul, of change and travel. Anyone familiar with the story "Cupid and Psyche"?
"Psyche" means "soul" and the Greeks along with several different cultures, butterflies represent the soul flying into the heavens.

Alincia has no soul, lacking the warmth of people who have one, and so her goal is to consume as many souls as possible in order to forge a new one for herself collecting them all on a tree, forever trapped and blooming until she gathers enough to remake hers.

I'm sorry, it's cheesy. It made sense in my head. Obviously, this isn't the best OC profile//description. I might make a decent//real one. Later. Whenever that is. XD
